What happens after I send it?
A person reads it, not an autoresponder. If the job is a fit, scope, timeline and a fixed price come back within two business days, along with anything that needs clarifying first. If it is not a fit, that comes back just as quickly, because a slow no is worse than a fast one.
What does Vyntic need from me to quote?
What the software should do, who it is for, and anything that already exists: a current site, a system it must connect to, a deadline that matters. Designs, content and technical detail help but are not required. Where something is undecided, saying so is more useful than guessing, since assumptions are what make estimates wrong.
What if Vyntic is not the right studio?
Vyntic says so, within the same two business days. This is a small remote studio, and it turns down work needing a different size of team, a specialism it does not have, or a budget it cannot deliver well inside. A referral or a suggested direction usually comes with the answer.
