Vyntic quotes a fixed price per project, free, within two business days of you describing what you want built, or replies that another studio is a better fit. There is no hourly billing and no published price list, because the honest range for something as broad as a website spans a factor nobody should have to guess inside.
How does Vyntic price a project?
Per project, at a fixed price agreed before work starts, in USD or CAD. Describe the build and scope, timeline and price come back within two business days at no cost. Fixed rather than hourly means the estimate is Vyntic's problem rather than the client's, and the number agreed is the number invoiced.
What actually drives the cost?
Scope first: how many distinct things the software has to do. Then integrations, since every external system is work of its own; content, because pages nobody has written cannot be built; languages, as bilingual doubles the copy surface; and how much already exists, since a redesign over a working backend is a different job from starting at nothing.
What is included that other studios bill separately?
Delivery in English and French, and a client portal carrying projects, invoices, support tickets and meetings. Both are part of how Vyntic works rather than upsells, so a bilingual site is not quoted as two sites, and asking about an invoice does not begin a support contract conversation.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
Changes are quoted before they happen, not absorbed silently and not billed by surprise. A new requirement gets its own scope, price and timeline, and the client decides whether it belongs in this project or the next one. The original fixed price stays fixed for the original scope.
Why is there no price list on this page?
Because publishing one would mean inventing it. Vyntic has not set standard package prices, and a range wide enough to be true of every project is too wide to help anyone plan. Naming a figure here to look decisive would be a commercial term made up for a marketing page, so the quote is free and fast instead.
