Most businesses need the website first. An app earns its cost when customers return often, when it needs the phone itself (camera, location, offline use, notifications), or when staff use it as a daily tool. For occasional visits, a fast responsive site reaches everyone immediately with nothing to install and nothing to review.
How does an app connect to the systems we already run?
Through the same data the rest of the business uses, not a copy of it. Vyntic connects apps to existing databases, CRMs, booking systems and payment providers so a change made in one place is true everywhere. Where a system has no usable interface, the integration layer is part of the scope and is priced with it.
What does building the app alongside the web system mean?
One team designs the data, the accounts and the permissions once, then builds both surfaces on top. The alternative (a web project and an app project run separately) produces two versions of every rule and a permanent reconciliation problem. Who owns the code and the accounts?
The client does. Source code, app store listings, cloud accounts, domains and databases are registered to the business or transferred to it, and access is handed over rather than held. A studio that keeps the keys can charge for access; Vyntic's position is that a business unable to leave was never really a client.
